And for the record, the human body was made to eat beef. Need proof? Here it is: pancreatic enzymes and a gall bladder. Rather than outfit most of us with long vampire teeth to gnaw on meat, we were blessed with these biological gizmos to allow for the consumption, digestion and extraction of nutrients and healthy fat offered by beef. Enjoy. And happy gnawing to all those who didn't get the gizmos and instead were born with unsightly fangs - like the Dracula docs who push Lipitor (see Stinky Sulfur Award #2).

Attention Vegetarians: DON'T EMAIL ME POO-POOING about my love affair with beef. I love veggies too. Neither of them are jealous of the other. They successfully co-exist in my kitchen. The Holy-Cow isn't holy for nothin'. But, if it works for you, great! I'm The People's Chemist not The People's Tyrant. Eat veggies all day if you want - just make sure it's for the right reasons. And use a toothpick to get those spinach chunks out of your teeth. But heed this warning: If you're a skinny vegetarian Mom-in-a-thong and raise your children under the "Monsanto funded health myth" that dictates, "Soy is good for kids" then forget it! Your child is gonna grow up despising you when he or she realizes how gullible you were - and how outta-whack their hormones and lives are as a result. You might as well start adding some birth control pills and a Jack-and-Coke-chaser to that artificial nipple...An infant who is fed exclusively soy formula receives the estrogen equivalent of about five birth control pills per day (Sally Fallon, Mary Enig. Well Being Journal, Vol. 16, No. 4, August 2007). Good ol' fashioned whey is a million times better. "Soy destroys."

Too bad most pets are fed better than children these days...
